Orders are dispatched from me within 3-6 days of ordering.

In the UK you can choose 2nd class tracked shipping or untracked shipping. If you choose the untracked option (£2.99)  we can not offer any refunds if parcels are lost / undelivered as they are NOT PROTECTED WITH THIS SERVICE. Our fully tracked option means you receive a tracking number and can see where your parcel is every step of the way. 

2nd Class parcels are delivered usually within 48 hours of dispatch, depending on royal mail and how busy they are! 

Your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail or number. Please check your junk!

International orders are dispatched in the same time but can take 5-15 days to receive depending on royal mail & other shipping companies so please be patient with these!
